Refund and Return Policy
At Boracart, we take great care in packing and delivering your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer a refund. We do not have a return policy and do not offer refunds for any reason other than damage to your order upon arrival.
Please note that we require proof of the damage in the form of photos or videos. This is necessary to help us determine the cause of the damage and take steps to prevent it from happening in the future.
To request a refund due to damaged merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require you to provide photographic or video evidence of the damage to your order. If we determine that your claim is valid, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The initiation of the refund process will occur within 24 hours of receiving evidence of damage. Please allow 2-7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or product dissatisfaction. By placing an order with Boracart, you acknowledge and accept our no return policy and refund policy.
